By adding NeoBot to your Discord server, using the NeoBot web dashboard at www.neobot.one, or otherwise accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server and discontinue use.
NeoBot is a Discord bot providing leveling, economy, moderation, music, ticket management, community engagement, and administrative tools for Discord servers. The service includes:
By using NeoBot you agree to:
Server administrators who add NeoBot are responsible for:
NeoBot offers a free plan and may offer paid subscription plans. Current plan names, prices, included features, limits and billing periods are those displayed on our pricing pages at the time of purchase — the What's free page and the Pricing section of the dashboard. The order screen shown to you at checkout is the definitive statement of what you are buying, and your agreement is for what that screen sets out.
This document sets out the rules that govern billing, cancellation, refunds and downgrades. It deliberately does not restate prices or per-feature limits: those change as the product develops, and a contract that duplicates them is a second source of truth that can contradict the page you actually bought from.
Because there is no checkout, the only way a server currently holds a paid plan is a promotional redemption code entered in the dashboard. A code grants the stated plan for the stated duration. It is not a purchase, no money changes hands, and it carries no refund entitlement.
Nothing in this subsection is in force yet. It is published now so the terms are not a surprise later, and it will take effect for a given subscription only from the point at which you choose to buy one.
When paid plans open we will offer a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment for a given plan, contact us via the Feedback page for a full refund. Refunds will not be issued for renewals after that initial 7-day window, or for redemption codes, which are free. This does not affect any statutory right of withdrawal you have as a consumer.
If a paid plan expires, is not renewed, or you move to a lower plan, features and limits revert to the new plan. Configuration that exceeds the new quota (e.g. extra role panels) is preserved but deactivated until you are within the limit again — it is never deleted for being over quota.
NeoBot collects data necessary to operate its features. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details of what is collected, how it is used, and how to request deletion, and our Cookie Policy for how the dashboard uses cookies.
We aim to keep NeoBot running 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or infrastructure issues. We will not be liable for losses caused by unavailability.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, add, or remove features at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice for significant changes, particularly any that affect paid subscribers.
NeoBot, its dashboard, logo, and original artwork are owned by us. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our code, design, or branding without explicit written permission.
Content you create through NeoBot's features (custom commands, webhook messages, achievement configurations, etc.) remains yours.
NeoBot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or server disruption.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to NeoBot for any server or user that:
You may remove NeoBot from your server at any time. Removal does not automatically delete stored data — submit a deletion request via the Feedback page if you wish your server's data removed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of NeoBot after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
