1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding NeoBot to your Discord server, using the NeoBot web dashboard at www.neobot.one, or otherwise accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server and discontinue use.

2. Description of Service

NeoBot is a Discord bot providing leveling, economy, moderation, music, ticket management, community engagement, and administrative tools for Discord servers. The service includes:

• Bot functionality via Discord slash commands and event listeners
• A web dashboard at www.neobot.one for configuring and managing the bot
• Optional paid subscription tiers (Premium and Ultimate) that raise feature limits and unlock additional capabilities

3. User Responsibilities

By using NeoBot you agree to:

• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the bot or dashboard
• Not use the bot to harass, spam, or harm other users
• Not attempt to circumvent subscription limits or authentication checks

4. Server Administrator Responsibilities

Server administrators who add NeoBot are responsible for:

• Configuring the bot in a manner appropriate for their community
• Ensuring their server's use of NeoBot complies with these Terms and Discord's rules
• Managing ticket transcripts, AutoMod word lists, and other sensitive configuration that may contain user data
• Notifying their members if they enable features that collect or display per-user data (XP, economy, invite records, etc.)

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

NeoBot offers a free Starter tier and two paid tiers. During the current testing period, all paid features are unlocked for everyone at no charge.

Billing terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew at the end of each billing period
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — you retain access until then
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card details
• Promotional redemption codes grant the specified tier for the stated duration

Refund policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment for a given plan, contact us via the Feedback page for a full refund. Refunds are not issued for renewals after the initial 7-day window, or for redemption codes.

Downgrades

If your subscription expires or you downgrade to a lower tier, features and limits will revert to your new tier at the start of the next billing cycle. Configurations exceeding the new quota (e.g. extra role panels) will be preserved but deactivated until you are within limits again.

6. Data Collection & Privacy

NeoBot collects data necessary to operate its features. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details of what is collected, how it is used, and how to request deletion.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep NeoBot running 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or infrastructure issues. We will not be liable for losses caused by unavailability.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, add, or remove features at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice for significant changes, particularly any that affect paid subscribers.

9. Intellectual Property

NeoBot, its dashboard, logo, and original artwork are owned by us. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our code, design, or branding without explicit written permission.

Content you create through NeoBot's features (custom commands, webhook messages, achievement configurations, etc.) remains yours.

10. Limitation of Liability

NeoBot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or server disruption.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to NeoBot for any server or user that:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Abuses other users or engages in harmful behaviour through the bot
• Attempts to circumvent security or billing controls
• Engages in chargebacks without first contacting us for a refund

You may remove NeoBot from your server at any time. Removal does not automatically delete stored data — submit a deletion request via the Feedback page if you wish your server's data removed.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of NeoBot after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
